From the Program Engagement Page, staff can see all details for the client's engagement in this Program phase and take specific actions like client notes, service deliveries, assessments, etc.

Highlights Panel
1. Program Engagement Name: Always states Program Phase - Campus Date Started: Client Name.
2. Client's Name: Links back to the Client's contact page.
3. Program Phase.
4. Persona: Shows what track the client is on.
5. Active/Inactive: Shows whether the client is active in the Program Phase.
6. Expected Completion Date: The date the client is expected to complete that Program Phase. In Make Progress, this is based on their Persona track.
7. # Days Enrolled: The number of days the client has been enrolled in this Program Phase.
8. Quick Action buttons.
Apartment Location Section
9. Apartment Site: Displays which Thrive Apartment site the client is living in.
10. Apartment #: Displays which Apartment the client is living in.
Team section
11. Assigned Advocate: Displays which staff member is assigned as the Thrive case manager.
Additional Details section
12. Start Date: The date the client was enrolled in this Program Phase.
13. # Days Enrolled: The number of days the client has been enrolled in this Program Phase.12. Created By: Who created the Program.
14. Expected Completion Date: The date the client is expected to complete that Program Phase. In Make Progress, this is based on their Persona track.
15. Site: The site the Program phase is taking place in.
Emergency Contact Section
16. Emergency Contact: Autopopulates with the Emergency Contact on the Sustain and Grow Program Engagement.
Right Sidebar
17. Client Notes: All progress notes written during this particular Program Phase. New Client Notes can be created from this section.
18. Goals and Case Plans: All Goals and Case Plans for this particular client for this particular Program Phase. New Goals can be created from this section.
19. Service Deliveries: All MARTA Cards, passes, referrals, and sessions given during this particular Program Phase.
20. Service Participants: All classes or groups the client is enrolled in.
21. Assessments: All assessments created during this particular Program Phase. New Assessments can be created from this section.
22. Files: All files uploaded directly to the Program Engagement. Can be helpful for files that only Case Managers and Leaders should see.
23. Jobs: All jobs obtained during this particular Program Phase. New jobs can be created from this section.
