Recording Next Steps Write-Ups

To ensure our clients' are consistently engaging in the services we offer, we need to track occasions in which they do not participate or show up. One of our criteria for being able to move forward in the program is consistent engagement in @Work, so it's a key item to document.

This article describes how to document an @Work Write-up on a client's profile. To document a General Incident, click here.

1. From the Client's Contact Record, click the Arrow symbol by Incidents.

2. Click New.

3. Select @Work Write-Up.

4. Click Next.

5. Enter a brief Subject to title the Engagement Strike.

6. Select Incident Date and Time.

7. Select the correct Notice #.

8. Type the Engagement Strike Description, ensuring you include the who, what, where, when, why, and how of the Strike.

9. Click Save.

You'll need to refer to the last @Work Write-up list in the Incidents section to know what the next Notice # should be.

The @Work Write-Up has been created and can be found in the Incidents list.
