As Counselors in Make Progress continue to meet with clients on their caseloads, we need to perform the BPS within 14 days of a client's arrival in Make Progress. The BPS helps to understand how certain factors affect a person's health and well-being. The information gathered can help you develop effective treatment plans.
This article describes how to record a BPS.
1. Complete the BPS Word Document.
2. Click Client Notes on either the Contact or Program Engagement.
3. Click New Note.
4. Enter your Note Details.
5. Scroll down to Activities Performed.
6. Select BPS.
7. Click the Right Arrow.
8. Click Next.
9. Click Upload Files under "Files to Attach to Client's Clinical Files".
10. Select the BPS file.
11. Click Open.
11. Wait for the Green Checkmark.
12. Click Done.

The BPS has been uploaded and is now showing in your "My Counselor Performance" dashboard when you refresh it.
