Creating a New Class or Group

From the Program Page, Leaders and Campus Admins can create new Classes/Groups from the Program page to offer in that Program.

This article describes how to create a new class or group to offer in a particular Program. To learn how to view Services offered in a particular Program click here.

1. From the Program page, click New on the Services widget.

2. Enter the Class or Group Name under Service Name.

3. Enter the Class or Group Description.

4. Set the Unit of Measurement to Class or Group based on whether it's a Class or a Group.

5. Set the Status to Active.

6. Set the Type of Service to Class/Group.

7. Select the Class/Group Type.

8. Make sure the the Attendance Field Set is set to to Attendance Service Deliveries.

9. Make sure the the Service Delivery Field Set is set to to Bulk Service Deliveries.

10. Click Save.

Your class has been created.
