From a Computer
1. Make sure the Badge Scanner is plugged into the USB slot on your computer.
The Badge Scanner will make a series of beeps when it's connected.
2. Click Service Check-In.
3. Scroll down and select the Service you need to track attendance for.
4. Scan the QR code on the client's badge.

The Service has now been tracked.
To return to the list of all services, classes, and events, click Service Check-In or the red box with arrows.
From a Mobile Device
Using your personal mobile device is entirely optional. We introduced this feature at the request of some team members, so please feel free to skip it if you'd prefer to keep clear boundaries.
1. Open the Salesforce App.
2. Scroll down and select the Service you need to track attendance for.

3. Click Click to Scan.

4. Scan the QR code on the client's badge.

The Service has now been tracked.
To return to the list of all services, classes, and events, click Service Check-In or the red box with arrows.
