Weekly VTA Evaluations

As clients in Make Progress perform their vocational assignments each week, we need to evaluate and score their performance across some key areas - Communication, Conflict, Professionalism, Teamwork, and Time Management. This weekly score also is key in leadership determining who is eligible to move to JSW.

This article describes how to perform a weekly VTA Evaluation.

From the Automated Email

On Monday mornings, VTM's will receive an automated email with a link to the Evaluation report.

1. Open the email.

2. Click Open in Salesforce.

3. Locate the first client you'd like to evaluate in the report. We'd recommend starting with the first client listed and going down the line.

4. Click Launch Evaluation Form by their name.

5. Choose their Weekly VTA Score.

If you need guidance on how to evaluate their performance, click on Evaluation Guide.

6. If you've scored the client's performance as 4 or below, make sure to Comment why.

7. Click Submit.

Their weekly score is now updated on both their Make Progress Enrollment and in the VTA Evaluation report.

From the Client's Current Vocational Assignment

From the Client's Make Progress Program Engagement.

1. Scroll down to the VTAs section.

3. Click New VTA Evaluation.

4. Choose their Weekly VTA Score.

If you need guidance on how to evaluate their performance, click on Evaluation Guide.

5. If you've scored the client's performance as 4 or below, make sure to Comment why.

6. Click Submit.

Their weekly score is now updated on both their Make Progress Program Engagement and in the VTA Evaluation report.

Evaluation Complete! Now it's time to watch a dog drive a riding lawnmower.
