Recording a Client's COVID Vaccine

As clients receive initial COVID Vaccines and follow-up boosters, we can notate this on their record.

This article describes how to record a client's COVID vaccinations.

Begin from the Client's Contact page.

Record the Client's First Vaccine

1. Click the triangle arrow.

2. Click Record COVID Vaccine.

3. Select the Vaccine Manufacturer for the vaccine the client received.

4. If the client received Pfizer or Moderna, enter the Date of the First Vaccine Shot. If the client received Johnson & Johnson, enter the Date of Final Vaccine Shot.

5. Press Next.

If the client received Pfizer or Moderna, they are now marked in the Medical Information section with a COVID Vaccine Status as "Received 1st". If the client received the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, they are now marked as Received Vaccines.

Record the Client's Second Vaccine

1. Click the triangle arrow.

2. Click Record COVID Vaccine.

3. If the client received Pfizer or Moderna, enter the Date of the First Vaccine Shot. If the client received Johnson & Johnson, enter the Date of Final Vaccine Shot.

4. Press Next.

The client is now marked in the Medical Information section with a COVID Vaccine Status as"Received Vaccines." 15 days after the date of their final vaccine shot, their status will change to"Fully Vaccinated".

Record the Client's Booster

1. Click the triangle arrow.

2. Click Record COVID Vaccine.

3. Select the Booster Manufacturer.

4. Enter the Date of Booster.

5. Press Next..

The client is now marked in the Medical Information section with a COVID Vaccine Status as "Fully Vaccinated and Received Booster." 15 days after the date of their COVID booster shot, their status will change to "Fully Vaccinated and Fully Boosted".
