From a Computer
1. Make sure the Badge Scanner is plugged into the USB slot on your computer.
The Badge Scanner will make a series of beeps when it's connected.
2. Click Service Check-In.
3. Scroll down and select the class/event you need to track attendance for.
Campus Community Events can be tracked simply by clicking the daily event labeled Campus Community Event at the top of the list.
4. Scan the QR code on the client's badge.

The client's attendance has now been tracked for your Class/Event. In two hours, the attendance will finalize.
Any client who was not scanned will be have a status of Unexcused Absence. Make sure to adjust their status if they had a pass or had permission.
To return to the list of all classes, events, and services, click Service Check-In or the red box with arrows.
From a Mobile Device
Using your personal mobile device is entirely optional. We introduced this feature at the request of some team members, so please feel free to skip it if you'd prefer to keep clear boundaries.
1. Open the Salesforce App.
2. Scroll down and select the class/event you need to track attendance for.

4. Scan the QR code on the client's badge.
