Once a client has been accepted to The Shepherd's Inn, we need upload a photo of them for security purposes, both for their badge and for their contact record in the system.
This article describes how to upload a photo of the client to their contact record.
1. Search for and select the correct client's name.
2. Click Upload Files above the Client's Name on the highlight panel.
3. Select the photo you'd like to upload.
4. Click Open or Next depending on your operating system.
5. Click Done when you see the Green Check.
The client's image has been uploaded!
