Any time a client changes beds, we need to update it in the system. This includes their childrens beds if they have any. Keeping this accurate helps avoid confusion and keeps everything running smoothly.
This article describes how to transfer a client from one bed to another.
RH and TSI Staff
Transfer Eligibility: A client must have either an MSH approval or be marked as Approved for In-Person Screening with TPH before they can be transferred to another campus.
From the Client's Contact Page.
1. Click 🛏️Update Bed.
2. Select Transfer Campus.
3. Click Proceed with Campus Transfer.
The client has now been put in the transfer queue. If the client is a parent/guardian, their children have as well.
RH and TSI staff have completed their portion of the Transfer.
MSH and TPH Staff
To complete the transfer to MSH or TPH, click Assign a Bed and follow the normal Assign a Bed process.
At TPH, clients must be fully approved including their in-person screening to assign them to a bed.
