As leaders meet with clients to discuss progress or grievances, we need to document our time spent and the content of the conversation.
This article describes how to create Client Notes as a Services Leader.
From the Client's Contact Record
1. Click Client Notes.
2. Click New Note.
3. Select the note type you need to write.
4. Click Next.
Leaders may have access to different types of notes based on their licensing. For example, a leader who is also a licensed counselor would have access to create SOAP notes.
