Entering a Print Application

At times, an applicant will mail, fax, or email a paper application in. Often they will be sending this while incarcerated without regular access to the internet. When this occurs, we need to enter their application for them online.

This article describes how to enter an mailed, faxed, or emailed application in the system.

1. Click Enter Paper Application.

As applicants filling out paper applications will often not fill out all information, not every answer is required. However, their name, birthdate, and sex must be filled out in order to submit the application to the system.

2. Enter the applicant's Name.

3. Enter the applicant's Birthdate.

4. Select the applicant's Sex.

5. Continue to fill out the application with the information the applicant provided.

6. At the end of each page, press Next.

7. When you arrive at the last page, check I understand and agree to the above statement.

8. Select No to Are you using a touchscreen device?

The applicant's name will auto populate as will today's date. Make sure to set the Date TPH Admissions Agreement Signed to the date the applicant signed the paper application.

9. Click Submit.

If the applicant provided an email address, they just received an email letting them know their application has been received.

The application is now in the TPH Application Queue.

Done! That was no small feat. Time to dance!
