When an adult client is admitted to Atlanta Mission, staff must print a Client ID Badge so their attendance and service usage can be accurately tracked. If the badge is later lost or damaged, follow the same process to issue a replacement.

Printing One Client Badge
From the Client's Contact Record
1. Click Print ID Card.
2. Click the Printer icon.
3. Select the Zebra Technologies printer.
4. Click Print.
5. Take the printed Client ID Card out of the printer.
6. Insert the Client ID Card into the plastic sleeve.
7. Attach the black lanyard to the plastic sleeve.
The badge is ready for the client!
Printing Multiple Client Badges
1. Click Contacts.
2. Select the correct client list for your campus.
3. Check the box next to the clients you need to print badges for.
4. Click Print Selected ID Cards (Discrete).
5. Click the Printer icon.
6. Select the Zebra Technologies printer.
7. Click Print.
8. Take the printed Client ID Cards out of the printer.
9. Insert the Client ID Cards into the plastic sleeves.
10. Attach the black lanyards to the plastic sleeves.
The badges are ready for the clients!
