Recording a Vocational Assessment

Updated on

As Social Workers and CRS in Make Progress continue to meet with clients on their caseloads, we need to administer a Vocational Assessment to determine the clients' eligibility for Job Search Workshop or @Work, as well as to determine any current barriers to employment.

This article describes how to record a Vocational Assessment.

Begin from the client's Contact Page.

1. Click Assessments.

2. Scroll down and click New Assessment.

Depending on your internet connection, it may take a few moments for the assessment you selected to load. During this time you will see dots on the screen. Keep waiting and it will load.

Depending on your answer to each question, more questions may appear.

If a client answered one of these questions during screening or intake, their answer will appear in the related question. It can be changed based on what you learn.
