As Case Managers continue to meet with clients on their caseloads, they may want to update the status of a goal for the individual client in their Case Plan.

From the Client's Contact Page
1. Click Case Plans.
2. Click on the name of the Case Plan you'd like to update a goal for.
3. Click the Pencil Icon by the Goal you'd like to update.
4. Update the Status to the correct Status.
5. Click Add custom goal.
