Mark a Client as Quarantined

As clients enter quarantine for COVID or TB, we need to note this in the system for for meal delivery, knowing where they are currently in the building

This article describes how to mark a client as quarantined. To learn how to remove a client from quarantine, click here.

1. From the Client's Contact Page, click on their active Bed Assignment.

4. Scroll down to Quarantine Information.

5. Press the Pencil icon by Quarantined?.

6. Check Quarantined?.

7. Search for and select their Temporary Quarantine Bed if different than their current bed.

Entering a bed under the Temporary Quarantine Bed will not transfer their bed. This is simply a notation section that updates on the roster.

8. Enter their Quarantine Start Date?.

If there is a Quarantine Planned End Date, you can enter that as well.

The Quarantine Planned End Date is for the team to have better communication on when a client's quarantine is expected to end. It will not remove their quarantine automatically as circumstances change. To learn how to remove a client from quarantine, click here.

9. Press Save.
