At times, after a client has gone through Atlanta Mission intake, we will learn that they are pregnant. The client's pregnancy needs to be documented both for awareness on campus and so that their meal accommodations are updated.
This article describes how to mark a client as pregnant.
1. Search for and select the correct client.
2. Scroll down to the Medical Information section.
3. Press the pencil icon by Pregnant?.
4. Select Yes.
5. If known, select the client's Due Date. If the client doesn't know their due date, check Client Doesn't Know Due Date.
6. Press Save.
The client is now marked as Pregnant and their meal accommodations have automatically been marked as Pregnant.
If you entered a due date, 1 month after their due date, the client will be marked as No to Pregnant and their Due Date and Meal Accommodation of Pregnant will be cleared.
If you marked Client Doesn't Know Due Date, 10 months from the date you checked that box, the client will be marked as No to Pregnant and their Due Date and Meal Accommodation of Pregnant will be cleared.
