Adding a Goal to a Case Plan

As Case Managers continue to meet with clients on their caseloads, they may want to add a goal for the individual client to their Case Plan to track and follow-up on.

This article describes how to add a goal to a case plan. To learn how to update the status of a goal on a case plan, click here.

From the Client's Contact Page

1. Click Case Plans.

2. Click on the name of the Case Plan you'd like to add a goal for.

3. Click New Goal.

4. Click Select a template.

5. Click Add custom goal.

6. Type the Goal Name.

7. Set the Status to In Progress.

8. Click Save.

Your goal has been created!
