Update Fuqua Hall Opt-outs

Some clients opt out of Atlanta Mission texts when they arrive or later in their stay. We must always honor that choice. For essential Fuqua Hall announcements and events, you may invite a client to opt back in - never required, never pressured. If they agree, capture consent and update their preference in the system.

From the Report

1. Click Enable Field Editing.

2. Locate the client.

3. Click the pencil icon by the Do Not Text checkbox you'd like to update.

4. Uncheck the Do Not Text checkbox.

5. Click the pencil icon by the Do Not Text Date.

6. Highlight and delete the Do Not Text Date.

7. Click Save.
