Adding Class/Group Notes

Once a Class or Group session has occurred, we need to add notes as to what took place in the class or group.

This article describes how add notes about a class/group.

1. Scroll down to Recent Sessions.

2. Click the arrow by the date you want to update.

3. Select the class you want to update.

4. Scroll down until you see Class/Group Note in the Information section on the left sidebar.

5. Click the pencil icon.

6. Type your Class/Group Note.

7. Click Save.

The Class/Group Note has beeen added. And the note has also been created individually and added to Client Notes for every single client who attended!
