Changing the Owner of a Case Plan

At times, a client may move to a different Case Manager's Caseload. When this occurs, we need to change the owner of the Case Plan.

This article describes how to change the owner of a Case Plan.

From the Client's Contact Page

1. Click Case Plans.

2. Click on the name of the Case Plan you'd like to update the owner for.

3. Click Change Owner.

4. Search for and select the new Owner of the Case Plan.

5. Click Submit.

An email will automatically send to the new Owner to alert them.

The Case Plan Owner has been updated!
