When a client gets a new phone number - or we learn the current one is invalidupdate their record in Salesforce right away. Accurate phone numbers ensure clients receive time-sensitive text alerts and staff can reach them when needed.
This article explains how to update a client's phone number.
From the Report
1. Click Enable Field Editing.
2. Locate the client.
3. Click the pencil icon by the Phone number you want to update.
4. Enter the Correct Number.
5. If the phone number was originally invalid, click the pencil icon for Phone Number Invalid.
6. Uncheck the Phone Number Invalid checkbox.
7. Click Save.
