As we continue to test clients for COVID who are displaying symptoms or who may have been exposed by another individual, we'll need to record that information in Salesforce.
This article describes how to record a client's COVID test results.
Record a Positive Test Result
Begin from the Client's Contact page.
1. Click the triangle arrow.
2. Click Record COVID Test Results.
3. Select the Type of Test.
4. Select Positive.
5. Select whether the client is Symptomatic or Asymptomatic.
6. Enter any pertinent notes about the Positive COVID Test Result.
7. Click Next.
Right now, an email is sending automatically in Salesforce from you to everyone on your campus who needs to be notified of the positive test result and includes the client's current room and bed number.
The Positive COVID Test Results have been recorded.
Record a Negative Test Result
Begin from the Client's Contact page.
1. Click the triangle arrow.
2. Click Record COVID Test Results.
3. Select the Type of Test.
4. Select Negative.
5. Click Next.
The Negative COVID Test Results have been recorded.
