Creating Sessions of a Class or Group

From the Program Page, Leaders and Campus Admins can select the Class that they need to create sessions for.

This article describes how to create a new class or group sessions to offer in a particular Program.

1. From the Program page, locate the Services section.

2. Click View All.

3. Click on the Class or Group name that you want to create Sessions for.

4. Click New by Service Schedules.

5. Type in anything into Service Schedule Name. This will be automatically reset as the Class Name and the Dates of the class.

6. Search for and select the correct teacher or facilitator of the class or group as the Primary Service Provider.

7. Enter how many clients can attend the class at any given time under Participant Capacity.

8. Set the First Session Start.

9. Set the First Session End.

10. Select the Frequency of the class or group.

11. Select what Days of the Week the class or group occurs on.

12. Select when the Service Schedule Ends.

We recommend if the class is just regularly ongoing, to set it up in semesters based on quarter of the fiscal year.

13. Ensure Create Service Sessions is checked.

14. Click Next.

15. Look over the Class or Group Sessions and ensure that none fall on a holiday or a day off.

If you need to remove a Class or Group Session, click the x on that line.

If you need to add an additional Class or Group Session, click Add Service Session.

16. Click Next.

17. Click Add for each each client you want to add to the Class or Group session.s

If you don't see the client you want to add, don't click New. That will create a new contact in the system. Reach out to the Systems team to solve it.

You are able to click Add All if you want all active clients in your Program Phase to be enrolled in the Class or Group Sessions.

18. Click Next.

19. Review all the details of the Service Schedule.

20. Click Save.

Your class or group sessions have been created and the clients have been enrolled in the class or group.
