Creating a Retention Coach Assessment

Updated on

As a client begins working at their new job and meeting with their Retention Coach, we need to record a Retention Coach Assessment each time to ensure the client is meeting and growing in the Core Competencies in order to maintain and grow in their job.

There are two ways to create a Retention Coach Assessment, from the Client's Contact Page and from the Client's Next Steps Program Engagement.

This article describes how to create a Retention Coach Assessment.

From the Client's Contact Page

1. Click Assessments.

2. Scroll down and click New Assessment.

3. Select Retention Coach Assessment.

4. Click Next.

5. Enter the Session Start Time.

6. Enter the Session End Time.

7. Select the Services Delivered.

8. Select the Type of Interaction.

9. Answer  all of the scored questions.

If you score a client at a 3 or below for one of the Core Competencies, make sure to fill out the Notes for that core competency to explain why.

10. Scroll down to view the rest of the Assessment.

11. Enter in the Next Steps Note.

12. Type if there are any outlying concerns?.

13. Enter in the General Notes

14. If you have files to upload, click Upload Files.

15. Select the correct file.

16. Click Open.

17. Click Done.

18. Click Next.

The Retention Coach Assessment has been created. A message will alert the Retention Coach as to their current Retention Status of Green, Red, or Yellow.
