At times, a client will share that they have allergies. We need to note those allergies in Salesforce. This enables us to respond quickly and appropriately if they come in contact with an allergen and have a medical complication.
This article describes how to update a client's allergies.
From the Client Contact Record
1. Click Details.
2. Scroll down to the Physical Health section.
3. Click the Pencil Icon by Allergies.
4. Type in the Allergies.
If the client has a Nut Allergy, make sure to select that under Meal Accommodations.
5. Click Save.
The client's allergies have been notated on the client's record and if they have a nut allergy, on the meal accommodations report for the kitchen staff.
