Once a Class or Group session has occurred, we need to mark which clients were in attendance and which were absent.
This article describes how mark attendance for a class or group session.
There are two ways to do this. If you are a Class or Group Instructor or Facilitator, you can access the session from your homepage. If you are a Campus Admin or Leader, you can access the session from Service Schedules.
From the Case Manager Homepage
1. Scroll down to Recent Sessions.
2. Click the arrow by the date you want to update.
3. Select the class you want to update.
Clients are automatically set to Present. You can adjust their Attendance Status.
You can also exclude them from the particular class session.
5. If you need to mark someone as absent, click Attendance Status and select the correct status.
6. Click Submit.
The clients attendance has been marked.
From Service Schedules
1. Click Service Schedules.
2. Ensure you are seeing the classes for your campus.
If you are seeing the classes of a different classes, or if it says Recent, click the triangle arrow and select the correct campus. Then click the pushpin to ensure you always see this view.
3. Click on the correct Class or Group schedule under Service Schedule Name.
4. Click on the correct Class or Group session.
Clients are automatically set to Present. You can adjust their Attendance Status.

5. If you need to mark someone as absent, click Attendance Status and select the correct status.
6. Click Submit.
The clients attendance has been marked.
