Navigating the Program Page

From the Program Page, staff can see a description of the program, view all services provided in the program, and see everyone currently enrolled or enrolled in the past. Leaders and Campus Admins can also create new Services and Classes/Groups from the Program page to offer in that Program.

Highlights Panel

1. Name of the Program.

2. Status: Whether or not the Program is currently active at Atlanta Mission.

3. Short Summary of the Program.

4. Add Contact to Program: Used only for @Work. Client's are automatically added to Programs when assigned a bed with a specific persona.

5. Edit: If you need to edit specific details of the Program. Access is restricted to Leaders and Campus Admins.

Information Section

4. Program Name: Includes Phase and Site.

5. Status: Whether or not the Program is currently active at Atlanta Mission.

6. Short Summary of the Program.

7. Target Population: The population the Program is designed to assist.

8. Description: An in-depth description of the Program and what's offered.

9. Site the Program is offered at.

Additional Details section

10. Program Issue Area: The major issue area being addressed by the Program.

11. Owner: Currently set to a Systems admin.

12. Created By: Who created the Program.

13. Last Modified By: Who was the last staff member to make changes to the Program.

Services Section

This section will preview the first 6 Services offered in the Program. To view all the Services offered in the Program, click View All.

14. Service Name: You can view all the names of Services currently offered in this Program.

15. Unit of Measurement: How the Service is measured when delivered, whether in quantity of Pass, Referral, Minutes, Cards, Class, etc.

16. Created By: Who created the Service for this Program.

17. Last Modified Date: The date the details of this Service were last edited for this Program.

18. New button: Leaders and Campus Admins can create new classes, groups, and services. However, Leaders and Campus Admins should reach out to the Systems Team when any new service is created to ensure it's available for Service Deliveries to clients.

Program Engagements Section

This section will preview the first 6 client Program Engagements in the Program. To view all the client Program Engagements in the Program, click View All.

Program Engagements track a client's engagement with a specific program for a specific length of time.

19. Program Engagement Name: Shows the name of the Program the client is enrolled in, the date they were enrolled, and their name.

20. Client: The client's name.

21. Stage: What stage of the Program the client is currently in.

22. Start Date: What date the client started in the Program.
