Changing the Status of an Application

At times, we will receive documentation we need in order to approve an applicant to In-Person Screening or a conversation with the admissions team that enables us to move an applicant forward in the process. When this occurs, we need to change the status of the application manually.

This article describes how to change the status of the application manually. To learn how to perform a phone interview, click here.

1. Click Intakes.

2. Type the Client's Name into Search this List.

3. Click on the correct Intake Name.

4. Click Edit.

5. Select the correct Status for the application.

6. Set the Decision for this Applicant to be the same as the Status.

If you set the Status and Decision for this Applicant to Approved - In-Person Screening, make sure to enter an In-Person Screening Date for the applicant.

If you set the Status and Decision for this Applicant to Approved - Pending Legal, Approved - Physical Pending, or Approved - Pending Detox, make sure to select the  correct Intake Documentation Needs.

7. Click Save.

The applicant's status has been updated.
