Logging a Previous Text in RingCentral for Salesforce

RingCentral for Salesforce lets you easily log previous text activity to donors and volunteers directly from your Salesforce account.

Log a Previous Text

1. Click on the phone icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the browser.

2. Click on the clock icon.

3. Click Text.

4. Click the paper icon by the text you'd like to log.

Your text has been logged on the donor or volunteer's Account Activity.

Your other option is to hire Salem the cat to perform data entry for you. Godspeed with that choice.
