Opting Donors and Volunteers Out of All Communications

Occasionally, a donor or volunteer may reach out to us with a desire to stop receiving all communications from Atlanta Mission, including emails, phone calls, event invitations, and text messages.

This article describes how to opt a donor or volunteer out of all communication channels. To learn how to opt a donor or volunteer out of specific communication channels, click here.

1. Scroll down to Communication Preferences.

2. Click the pencil icon next to the Do Not Contact.

3. Check the Do Not Contact box.

4. Click Save.

The donor/volunteer has been opted out of all communications from Atlanta Mission.

It can take up to 90 days for a donor/volunteer to stop receiving mail as we pre-print and mail far in advance.
