Log a Previous Call

1. Click on the phone icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the browser.

2. Click on the clock icon.

3. Click on the paper icon by the call you'd like to log.

If a call has not yet been logged, it will have a red dot on the paper and pencil icon. Calls that have been logged will have a green dot.

4. Type in the Subject of your call.

5. Select Call as the type of activity.

6. Type in any Notes relevant to the call.

If you need to add an additional contact or change the related contact, click on the arrow by Contact and add the contact.

7. Press Save.

Done! Your call and note have been logged on the account in the activity section.

Your other option is to hire Salem the cat to perform data entry for you. Godspeed with that choice.
