RingCentral for Salesforce lets you make and receive calls directly from your Salesforce account. Once your call has begun, you can log the call with details and notes as activity on the account.

1. Login to Salesforce.
2. Click on the phone symbol on the bottom left corner of your browser.
3. Click Sign In.
4. Enter your AM email in the popup window.
5. Click next.
6. Type in your Ring Central password.
7. Check Stay signed in.
8. Click Sign In.
9. Read your emergency address and press Confirm.
10. You should now see a dial pad in the bottom lefthand corner of your browser.
