Understanding my Ban Metrics

The My Intake Specialist Performance dashboard gives you a clear view of your screening work and how you're meeting role expectations. Ban Metrics are based on the screenings you complete and include all applicants you approved in the selected timeframe who were later banned.

Some bans are expected.Higher counts often indicate:

  • Missed history in the system (e.g., prior bans/incidents)
  • Incomplete questioning during intake
  • Approving ineligible applicants

Why it matters:

  • Elevated campus safety risks (weapons, violence)
  • Introduction of substances into recovery spaces

Use this section to spot patterns, tighten screening, and reduce preventable bans.

1. ⚠️# of Clients I Accepted — Now Banned (Last 90 Days): This tile shows the number of clients you approved in the last 90 days who were later banned.

2. ⚠️Ban Reasons — Clients I Accepted (Last 90 Days): This tile shows breakdown of ban reasons for clients you approved in the past 90 days who were later banned.

3. ⚠️Intake Details — Banned Clients I Accepted (Last 90 Days): This tile shows the screening  details for clients you approved in the last 90 days who were later banned, with a link to review the full intake record.
