Understanding my Data Quality Metrics

Updated on

The My Intake Specialist Performance dashboard gives you a clear view of your screening work and how you're meeting role expectations. Data Quality Metrics are based on leader and system review of the screenings you entered.

What it flags:

  • Mis-checked boxes (e.g., physical limitations)
  • Misspelled names, incomplete phone numbers, incorrect DOB
  • Duplicate contacts
  • Wrong motivation values

Why it matters:

  • Safety risks: approving ineligible or banned clients.
  • Wrong track: incorrect persona/track assignment.
  • Record integrity: missing/duplicate records that confuse case management and delay care.
  • Duplicates = missed history: usually means an existing record was overlooked, along with critical info (mental health, substance use, prior exit reasons, active bans).

Operational impact: Creates avoidable rework for teammates, leaders, and systems staff.

Use this guide to read each metric and tighten your screening practice.
