Updated onArticleMake sure all checks and coupons are facing the buttons that says Jog, Start and Stop (i.e. the right side of the scanner). Ensure the Mail Date is correct. If you were processing checks for the previous month (i.e. it's the 1st and you want donations to be recorded as the 30th), you'll need to change the Mail Date to be the previous month.
