At a Glance
4. Alerts: Alerts give you quick insight into important details about the Contact, like if they've opted out of certain communications, what donor segment they're in, whether they give monthly, volunteer, donate in-kind items, or participate in events.
5. Phone and Email: The contact's primary phone and email address.
6. Account Owner: Shows who currently manages this account within Development.
If the Contact isn't part of a High Engagement Caseload, the owner may be listed as a System Administrator, Integration App, Thrift employee, or the Donation Center, depending on how their first gift or engagement was entered.
7. Last Gift: Shows the amount and date of the Contacts most recent gift.
8. FYTD Giving: Shows the total amount the Contact has given this fiscal year and the number of gifts they've made during that timeframe.
9. CYTD Giving: Shows the total amount the Contact has given this calendar year and the number of gifts they've made during that timeframe.
10. Giving Since: Shows the date of the Contacts first recorded gift.
11. Volunteer Manager: Shows the staff member on the Volunteer Services Team who manages this Contacts volunteer involvement.
12. Approved Volunteer Opportunities: Lists the specific volunteer activities this Contact has been approved to participate in.
13. Volunteer Tier: Indicates the volunteers current level of engagement within the Volunteer Program.
14. Volunteering Since: Shows the date of the Contacts first recorded volunteer activity.
