1. Criteria Button: Links to the spreadsheet that explains the criteria for classifying someone as a Major Donor Prospect versus an Emerging Donor Prospect.

2. Prospect Recommendation Visual: Shows the Prospect Level recommended by the system - Major Donor, Emerging Donor, or General File Donor.

3. iWave Metrics: Displays the iWave Score and the estimated 5-Year Giving Capacity provided by the iWave tool.

4. Local Alert: Appears only if the donor’s mailing address is within one of the selected ZIP codes, indicating they are local to Greater Atlanta or Northeast Georgia.

5. Affinity Alert: Appears only if the donor meets certain engagement criteria, such as opening a set number of emails, providing a positive NPS score, volunteering a specified number of times, or holding a qualifying DonorSearch rating.

6. Propensity Alert: Appears only if the donor has made 10 or more lifetime gifts to Atlanta Mission.

7. Capacity Alert: Appears only if the donor meets at least one of the following criteria: has an iWave 5-year capacity of $8,750 or more, has given through a Donor Advised Fund (DAF), has donated over $8,750 in the past 5 years, or has contributed $1,750 or more in this fiscal year or the last.

8. Prospect Reviewed Date: Shows the most recent date a staff member reviewed a donor’s prospecting information and added a Prospecting Note to the Account.

9. Prospect Cultivation Stage: Indicates the donors current stage in the prospecting process - Qualify, Confirmed as an Emerging or Major Prospect, Assigned (Cultivation), or placed in the Automated High Engagement segment (AHE).

10. Prospect Recommendation: Shows the Prospect Level recommended by the system - Major Donor, Emerging Donor, or General File Donor.

11. LinkedIn URL: Displays the donors LinkedIn profile link, if a staff member has entered one, and allows you to click through directly.

12. Website: Displays the donor’s website link, if one has been entered by a staff member, and allows you to click through directly.

13. Total Gifts this Year (Fiscal): Displays the total dollar amount the donor has given during the current fiscal year, including both hard and soft credits.

14. Total Gifts Last Year (Fiscal): Displays the total dollar amount the donor contributed in the  previous fiscal year, including both hard and soft credits.

15. Total Gifts 2 Years Ago (Fiscal): Displays the total dollar amount the donor contributed two fiscal years ago, including both hard and soft credits.

16. Given Via DAF: Indicates whether the donor has ever made a gift through a Donor Advised Fund (DAF).

17. Total Gifts (Lifetime): Displays the total dollar amount the donor has contributed over their lifetime, including both hard and soft credits.

18. Total Number of Gifts (Lifetime): Displays the total count of gifts the donor has made over their lifetime, including both hard and soft credits.

19. Local Zip Code: Indicates if the donor’s mailing address is within one of the selected ZIP codes, indicating they are local to Greater Atlanta or Northeast Georgia.

20. Total Volunteer Hours (Lifetime): Displays the total number of volunteer hours the individual has served over their lifetime.

21. DS Rating: Displays the DonorSearch rating, which is based on the donors giving to similar organizations and identified wealth markers.

22. Recent Event Attendance: Indicates whether the donor has attended an event within the past two years.

23. Last NPS Score: Displays the most recent Net Promoter Score (NPS) provided by the donor, if they completed the survey.

24: Account Engagement Score: Displays a numerical value representing a prospects engagement with Atlanta Mission marketing assets, with higher scores indicating greater interest and donor potential.

25. iWave: Provides access to the donors iWave profile, including their score, analytics, history, and recommended next steps.

26. Link to Profile Button: Opens the donors iWave profile for review and evaluation.
