Navigating the Prospecting Queue

The Prospect Queue organizes contacts into columns that reflect their stage in the prospecting process. From initial review to cultivation and stewardship, each column helps you see next steps at a glance. This article explains what each column means and how to use it.

1. Qualify Column: Lists contacts who are ready to be reviewed by the Prospect Research Specialist.

2. Emerging/Mid Tier Prospect Column: Lists contacts the Prospect Research Specialist has identified as good candidates for the Emerging/Mid-Tier Prospect level.

3. Major Donor Prospect Column: Lists contacts the Prospect Research Specialist has identified as good candidates for the Major Donor Prospect level.

4. Cultivation: Lists contacts who have been moved onto a High Engagement Caseload through Prospecting.

5. General File Prospect: Lists contacts the Prospect Research Specialist has reviewed and determined should remain in the General File.

6. AHE Prospect: Lists contacts the Prospect Research Specialist has identified as good candidates for the Automated High Engagement stream.

7. Stewardship: Lists contacts who have been moved to a High Engagement Caseload through prospecting and are actively responding to cultivation efforts.

8. Contact Tile: Provides a link to the prospect’s Contact page and displays their Prospect Recommendation, iWave 5-Year Capacity score, and iWave score.
