Understanding my Assessment Metrics

The My Advocate Performance dashboard helps you monitor your performance and meet role expectations. A key part of this is your assessment metrics, which track whether you've completed a Spiritual Assessment with each client and how timely those assessments were. Understanding these metrics helps you stay on top of your assessment responsibilities and identify areas where you can improve timeliness.

This article explains how to read and understand your assessment metrics.

The reports described below include all clients for whom you were responsible and the status of their Spiritual Assessments.

Tracking Spiritual Assessments

Spiritual Assessments are tracked by choosing "Spiritual Assessment" under Activities Performed when creating a Client Note.

1. đź“‹Complete Spiritual Assessment for 80% of Clients w/in 30 Days of MP Arrival (Last 30 Days): It shows the percentage of Spiritual Assessments that are Not Completed and Past 30 days. It also displays the percentage of assessments that were Completed After 30 days and those that were Completed Within 30 days.

The data reflects your performance over the last 30 days.

2.  đź“‹Complete Spiritual Assessment for 80% of Clients w/in 30 Days of MP Arrival (Last 90 Days): It shows the percentage of Spiritual Assessments that are Not Completed and Past 30 days. It also displays the percentage of assessments that were Completed After 30 days and those that were Completed Within 30 days.

The data reflects your performance over the last 90 days.
