Understanding my Class Metrics

Updated on

The My Advocate Performance dashboard helps you track your performance and meet role expectations. A key part of this is your class metrics, which track how often you're teaching classes and the timeliness of tracking attendance. These metrics are based on the attendance entered for classes where you are listed as a service provider. Understanding these metrics helps you stay on top of your teaching responsibilities and identify areas for improvement.

This article explains how to read and understand your class metrics.

The reports described below include all classes you've taught and the associated attendance data.

Spiritual and Life Skills Classes

A Spiritual or Life Skills Class is considered led by you if you are listed as either the primary or secondary service provider, and the attendance for that class has been submitted.

1. 📖Teach a Min. of 2 Spiritual/Life skills Classes Wkly (Last 30 Days): This tile shows the percentage of Spiritual and Life Skills classes you actually led in the last 30 days compared to the number you were expected to lead. Since the goal is two sessions every week, you're expected to lead 8 classes in 30 days.

2. 📖Teach a Min. of 2 Spiritual/Life skills Classes Wkly (Last 90 Days): This tile shows the percentage of Spiritual and Life Skills classes you actually led in the last 90 days compared to the number you were expected to lead.

Log Class Attendance within 24 Hours

The reports below require you to be listed as either the Primary or Other Service Provider for a Class or Group Service Schedule. If you're teaching a class or group but aren't listed as a Provider, make sure to update it.

The timeliness of attendance reports is calculated by subtracting the Service Session Date and Time from the Date and Time when your class or group attendance was updated.

4. ‼️My Classes/Groups w/o Attendance (Last 90 Days): This tile shows the number of classes where you're listed as the Primary or Other Service Provider, but attendance for certain sessions hasn't been tracked in the last 90 days.

5. ☑ Ensure class attendance is logged in Salesforce within 24 hours(Last 30 Days): This tile shows whether attendance for your class or group service sessions in the last 30 days was submitted on time (within 24 hours of the session) or late.

6. ☑ Ensure class attendance is logged in Salesforce within 24 hours(Last 90 Days): This tile shows whether attendance for your class or group service sessions in the last 90 days was submitted on time (within 24 hours of the session) or late.
