RingCentral for Salesforce lets you make and receive calls directly from your Salesforce account. Once your call has begun, you can log the call with details and notes as activity on the account.

1. Click on the phone symbol on the bottom left corner of your browser.
2. Click Sign In.
3. Enter your AM email in the popup window.
4. Click next.
6. Type in your Ring Central password.
7. Check Stay signed in.
8. Click Sign In.
8. Click I Accept.
9. If you see Web Phone Unavailable, click the circle arrow.
10. Click Allow.
If it's your first time logging in, toggle on Auto log notes and Auto log SMS under the Gear section.
