Updated onArticleMultiple items are regularly addressed during Client Sessions. As a result, you may want to relate your Client Note to these items. You are able to relate the client note to Cases (Incidents) if you addressed a particular infraction or strike during your session. You are able to relate the Client Note to Case Plans if you addressed a specific goal or action item during your session. You are able to relate the client note to Service Deliveries if you delivered specific services such as passes, MARTA Cards, and Referrals and have already created them in the system. Recording Bans

Bans will alert staff that a client should not enter Atlanta Mission properties assuming it's a lifetime ban or the ban expiration date has not passed. Updated onArticleAs Case Managers continue to get to know clients on their caseloads, there may come a point that a change in persona is needed. A client's persona is assessed at screening based upon their highest presenting need at the time. However, as a client stabilizes or becomes more highly motivated to progress in the program, they may share more information and their highest presenting need may change.
