When a client moves to a different bed whether at the same Atlanta Mission campus or a different campus, we need to transfer their bed in the system.
You can transfer the client either from their Contact Page or from their Bed Assignment.

1. From the Client's Contact Page, click Transfer / Discharge Bed.
The Date of Client Discharge auto-populates with today's date. Though the client isn't leaving Atlanta Mission in this case, we will still use this date field to mark the date that they transferred beds. If the client moved beds a different day, be sure to change this field to the correct day.
4. Select Transfer as the Exit Reason.
5. Select the Bed to Transfer Client to.
6. Enter any Notes about Discharge.
7. Press Next.
The client's bed has been transferred!
