While Program Leaders and Campus Admins can create new Classes and Groups, to create a new service, like a new type of pass, staff must reach out to the Systems team in order to create that service.
This is because the automation for service delivery creations will have to be modified to include that new service.
Put in a request for the Service Creation in your particular Program Phase at https://atlantamission.org/itrequest.
