Create a New Service
Updated onArticleWhile Program Leaders and Campus Admins can create new Classes and Groups, to create a new service, like a new type of pass, staff must reach out to the Systems team in order to create that service. This is because the automation for service delivery creations will have to be modified to include that new service. Put in a request for the Service Creation in your particular Program Phase at https://atlantamission.org/itrequest.

Updated onArticleFrom the Program Page, staff view all services provided in the program. Leaders and Campus Admins can also create new Classes/Groups from the Program page to offer in that Program. Record a Missed Bed Check
Updated onArticleAt times, our clients may miss their bed check for a variety of reasons including a hospital stay, a pass, or if they decide to leave Atlanta Mission and did not inform a staff member. We need to track when a client has missed bed check and the reason why. There are two ways to record a Missed Bed Check: from the Client's Contact Page and from the Client's Bed. Discharge a Client from their Bed
Updated onArticleWhen a client leaves Atlanta Mission, we need to close their bed assignment out. As we close the bed assignment, we need to indicate the reason they were discharged as well as where they were intending to go when they left. There are two ways to discharge a client from their bed. Correcting Exiting Information on the Weekly Discharge Report
Updated onArticleEach time a CLA discharges a bed, they update the client's exiting information, including Exit Reason, Exit Sub Reason, and Destination/Housing type. This automatically updates and closes the Program Engagement as well. At times, a leader or a Case Manager may have a clearer understanding of why a client left and where they exited to. In this case, the Case Manager can update the exiting information from the Weekly Discharge report or from the Program Engagement. This article describes how to correct the Exiting Information.
