Understanding my VTA Metrics

The VTM KPI Performance dashboard gives you a clear view of your performance and helps you meet role expectations. A key part is your VTA metrics, which track how well you document evaluations, coach, and assign clients to primary VTA areas. Understanding these metrics helps you manage your responsibilities and improve where needed.

This article explains how to read your VTA Metrics.

The reports described below include both active and inactive clients on your caseload during the time period described.

🗂️ Eligible Clients Placed In VTA Primary Category W/in 1 Week of MP Placement

This report compares a client's start date in their Make Progress Program Engagement with the creation date of their VTA in the system. It helps ensure that VTAs are being entered in a timely manner after a client begins the program.

There are four primary VTA Areas where new MP clients may serve:

  • Dining Services
  • Housekeeping
  • Laundry
  • Reception

1. 🗂️ Eligible Clients Placed In VTA Primary Category W/in 1 Week of MP Placement (Last 30 Days): This tile shows whether a VTA was created for a new client within one week of their progression to Make Progress, and whether they were assigned to one of the four primary areas, based on activity in the last 30 days.

2. 🗂️ Eligible Clients Placed In VTA Primary Category W/in 1 Week of MP Placement (Last 90 Days): This tile shows whether a VTA was created for a new client within one week of their progression to Make Progress, and whether they were assigned to one of the four primary areas, based on activity in the last 90 days.

VTAs Completed to Standards Weekly

We regularly measure how clients are progressing in the areas of Communication, Conflict, Professionalism, Teamwork, and Time Management.

When clients are coached effectively and strikes are given appropriately for work that does not meet expectations, scores should consistently be 4 or higher.

3. ✅80% of VTAs Completed to Standards Weekly (Last 30 Days): This tile shows whether at least 80% of the evaluations you completed in the past 30 days received a score of 4 or higher.

4. ✅80% of VTAs Completed to Standards Weekly (Last 90 Days): This tile shows whether at least 80% of the evaluations you completed in the past 90 days received a score of 4 or higher.

Complete VTA Evaluations Weekly

5. 📅 Complete VTA Evaluations Weekly (Last 30 Days): This tile shows the percentage of VTA Evaluations being completed on time weekly, at the downtown campuses and bi-weekly at TPH.

6. 📅 Complete VTA Evaluations Weekly (Last 90 Days): This tile shows the percentage of VTA Evaluations being completed on time weekly, at the downtown campuses and bi-weekly at TPH.
