Updating a VTA

Vocational Training Assignments (VTAs) are client service activities while in our programs. When service activities are entered, weekly evaluations are sent to the supervisor of the task to help coach clients in future employment.

This article describes how to update a VTA. To learn how create a VTA, click here.

Begin from the client's active Program Engagement.

1. Scroll down to the VTAs section.

2. Select the VTA you'd like to edit.

3. Click Edit.

4. Edit the fields ou need to like, Peer Leader, Shift, # of Shifts per week, or Supervisor.

5. Click Save.

The VTA has been updated!
