Navigating the Individual MP Outcome Area List View Page

When a client enters Make Progress, we track their progress in five areas: Spiritual, Emotional, Relational, Vocational, and Housing. Staff actions are logged to show client progress visually.

This article explains how to navigate the Outcome Area list view page, where staff can see all Task Points and overall points a client has in a specific Outcome area.

1. Outcome Name: Includes the Outcome Area, the date the client's Outcomes began, and the client's name.

2. Client's Name: Links back to the Client's Contact record.

3. Overall Points: The overall Task Points a client has received in an individual Outcome Area.

4. Last Modified By: Displays the staff member who last created an Outcome Activity in this area.

5. Client's Program Engagement: Links back to the Client's Make Progress (MP) Program Engagement.

6. Outcome Activities Listview: Displays each Outcome Activity performed in the specific Outcome Area, including the Task Points received and the date the Activity was created.

7. View All: Clicking this will take you to a list view of all Outcome Activities a client has completed in an individual Outcome Area and that a staff member has tracked in Make Progress.
