Logging Meetings with Community Organizations/Partners

Logging meetings with community organizations helps track relationships and meet goals. Social Workers and CRS are expected to meet with two organizations each month. Recording these meetings in Salesforce tracks progress and ensures new staff can review past interactions when managing the relationship.

This article describes how to log a meeting with a community organization.

1. Search for the correct Referral Account.

2. Select the Referral Account.

3. Under Activity, click Create new...

4. Type the Subject of your meeting.

5. Set Type to Meeting.

6. Enter your meeting notes under Comments.

7. Set the meeting date as your Due Date.

8. Scroll Down.

9. Select Completed for Status.

10. Click Save.

Your meeting has been logged!
